It is very simple. Your customers need only an email address and a browser to sign. Signature stamps are created when you setup your account, and provide a fully-legal alternative to pen-and-ink. When you are done, print or save your signed copy! No hardware, no software, no paper, no problem!
Send. ExpressDox’s real-time signing solution enables you to send, receive, and track the signature process. To automate your contract process simply log into our secure ExpressDox link which can be branded with your company’s look and feel. Type in the email addresses of the recipient or recipients and upload your documents. ExpressDox also enables you to carbon copy non signers, send interactive HTML forms, and gather multiple signatures on single documents.
Sign. Signers will receive an email with a link to an encrypted website where they will be taken through the RTX signing process. Signers can choose to electronically sign the document or print, sign and fax back into our automated fax server. Legally e-Sign documents in minutes versus days!
Track. Have you ever wondered if the signer even received your email or fax? ExpressDox can track the entire process including when they clicked on the link inside the email, signed the document or printed to sign and fax in.
Store. ExpressDox stores the contract, audit trail, and transaction history. You can also choose how long to store the contracts online.
